1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating a 09bdt account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the 09bdt platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the 09bdt platform. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") by a single individual, household, or shared device is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all related accounts and forfeiture of any associated balances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

The 09bdt wallet operates entirely in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in BDT. No currency conversion is applied to funds within the 09bdt wallet.

All withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification. 09bdt reserves the right to request supporting documentation (including but not limited to national ID, utility bills, or screenshots of payment method ownership) before processing any withdrawal.
